Howzit Stamping Friends!
Thank you everyone for making my launch weekend such a huge success. I'm thrilled you love my Steampunk Easter Bunny and have been creating with him already, thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your wonderful comments and support😊
I'm now excited to introduce you to lil Miss Oddleigh Flower! She's the first in my Oddleigh Family series of whimsical and quirky
caricatures. Oddleigh Flower
is holding a flower and comes with a garden of 3 flowers. This set of 2
digi stamps is so much fun and very versatile, you can use her or the
flower garden on their own or build a garden scene and surround her with
as many flowers as you want! She can be coloured in any style and is
suitable for any occasion, Mother's Day, Birthday, Friend cards, Just
Because and more!
I created this scene in Photoshop CS6 by using the Flower Garden twice and printed out onto Neenah Solar White cardstock. I also printed out a 2nd of the flower she's holding too. I used a bright and bold palette and coloured her with Copic markers and added a touch of dimension by fussy cutting out the flower and adhering it with a pop dot. I also drew some extra grass for her to stand on using a Copic Multi-liner pen. For some lovely shimmer I used clear Wink of Stella on the flowers, her dress and shoes and a dot of Vive le Pearl Magic White Transparent 3D paint embellishes the center of all the flower. The background is done with blue Derwent Pastel pencil blended with a Dove blender pen.
To complete my card I distressed the edges of the panel with Tim's distresser tool and used his Garden Greens dies and a Lifestyle Crafts nesting Lacy Rectangle dies in green and purple cardstocks. The mat is a darker shade of purple and cut using a Perfect Paper Layers tool and adhered everything to a white folded card blank cut to size. I used clear Wink of Stella on the die cut leaves and the 3D dots down the right hand side are Vive le Pearl too and finished off with 2 purple Recollections paper roses.
I had so much fun designing her and I
hope you will love her too! She's now available in my Etsy Boutique at an introductory release price for the next 3 days!
