Howzit Stamping Friends!
Our new challenge over at Delicious Doodles is underway and the theme for July is "Beside the Sea". I made this unusual fussy cut card as my DD design team inspiration featuring Delicious Doodles' Steampunk Mermaid.
I printed her out onto Neenah Solar White cardstock and coloured with Copics. Gel pen metallic details were added in silver and gold to various parts of the design to further enhance the metal look and highlights added with a white Dylusions paint pen.
I fussy cut out the image, adhered just the mermaid part to a piece of navy cardstock to back the image and fussy cut it out again. I then adhered the sea and rock portion of the image to a narrow folded card made also made from navy cardstock.
